Hamper Gift Gallery uses reputable courier companies like Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee that goods will not be damaged as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances which are out of Hamper Gift Gallery's control, such as damage sustained during delivery, theft or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at the intended delivery address at the intended time and place.

In rare instances, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas.  If this is the case, the buyer will be contacted  via email and a full refund will be provided.

South Australia

General shipping information

DELIVERY MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of Australia.

Signature on delivery

To ensure your order reaches the intended recipient, a signature is required upon delivery. If a recipient is unavailable to take delivery of the gift hamper, the courier will leave a calling card and the recipient will be responsible for arranging a suitable alternative delivery time.

Alternatively, if you have chosen to have the parcel left at the property unattended (eg. by the front door) please provide these instructions at checkout. If the hamper is delivered by Australia Post and no one is home to accept delivery, a calling card will be left at the address advising that the parcel may be picked up from the nearest Post office.

Wrong address?

If an incorrect address is provided and the hamper has already been delivered, a redelivery fee will be charged to the purchaser.

Delivering to a hospital?

If delivering to a hospital, please ensure that the patient will still be there during delivery times, as we are not responsible for redelivery if the patient is no longer there.

Can hampers be delivered on a specific day?

We will always try to get your hampers delivered on the specific day you require, however final delivery times and dates ultimately rest with the courier company or Australia Post. If for any reason you are concerned, please call or email us and we will track the hamper down for you once it has left our premises.
