A:Orders can be made online, by calling us on 0413 264 418 or by email info@hampergiftgallery.com.au. Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your inbox via email.

Q:How much does delivery cost?

A: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders of $99 or more in the one transaction, per delivery address Australia-wide. For orders under $99, flat rate standard shipping of $15 per shipping address Australia-wide. 

We are unable to deliver to certain regional centres. You will be notified if this is the case.

Q:When will my gift be delivered?

A:We only use reputable delivery couriers for all our deliveries.

We cannot guarantee a delivery day and time, however we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

The following are the delivery times if ordered before 10am AEST.

NSW

  • Sydney Metro:  1-2 business days
  • NSW Regional: 2-4 business days

Victoria

  • Melbourne Metro: 1-2 business days
  • All other Victorian locations: 3-4 business days

ACT

  • Canberra Metro:  1-2 business days
  • All other ACT locations: 2 business days

Queensland

  • Brisbane Metro & Gold Coast: 1-2 business days
  • Sunshine Coast, Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Toowoomba: 2-3 business days
  • All other Queensland locations (including Cairns & Townsville): 5-6 business days

South Australia

  • Adelaide Metro: 2-3 business days
  • South East SA Region: 2-9 business days
  • Other Regional/Outback SA: 4-12 business days

Tasmania

  • Hobart & Launcestion Metro: 3-4 business days
  • Regional Tasmania: 3-9 business days

Western Australia & Northern Territory

  • Perth & Darwin Metro: 5-10 business days
  • Regional & Outback WA & NT: 7-12 business days

* Please extend the above delivery times by 1-3 days during peak seasons eg Christmas.

Deliveries are made during business hours only Monday to Friday.

We are unable to deliver to certain regional areas.  You will be notified if this is the case.

Unfortunately we do not to deliver outside of Australia.

Q:What payment methods are accepted?

A:Hamper Gift Gallery accepts Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and American Express via our secure online payment facility.  

For your convenience we also accept Direct Debit payments.  The order will be processed once funds have credited our account. This may take up to 2 working days for funds to clear. Our bank details are as follows:

Q:Does Hamper Gift Gallery accept bulk orders?

A:Bulk orders are very welcome and are our specialty. Bulk order forms can be downloaded online under “Corporate Gifting”. Please email your completed form to info@hampergiftgallery.com.au . Please call or email us to discuss special corporate discounts, customised ribbon and card options or let us help you choose from our range of quality gift hampers.

A:Definitely! Before proceeding to checkout, you will be asked whether you would like a personalised message in the gift card.

Q:Does Hamper Gift Gallery deliver Australia wide and internationally?

A:Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Q:How do I know if Hamper Gift Gallery has received my order?

A:Hamper Gift Gallery will send you an automatic email confirming your order as soon as it has been placed. This email will also include a receipt of your order.

Q:Can I request a delivery day and time for my gift hamper?

A:We will try our hardest to ensure that your gift hamper is delivered on your preferred delivery date, however, we cannot guarantee a delivery time. All hampers will be delivered Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Q:What happens if my gift hamper is damaged?

A:Please be assured that your hamper will leave our premises in perfect condition. That is our guarantee to you. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact Hamper Gift Gallery within 48 hours of delivery. ‚Ä®For any other questions about your order please email us at info@hampergiftgallery.com.au or call 0413 264 418.

Hamper Gift Gallery uses a reputable courier company, so therefore are not responsible for the gift delivery. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage to a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

Q:What is the currency of the prices shown on this website?

A:All prices on this site are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Q:What if I want to cancel my gift hamper order?

A:Orders can only be cancelled if notice is received at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@hampergiftgallery.com.au . Bulk orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Q:Are my personal details secure when ordering online?

A:Hamper Gift Gallery does not store your private or personal information once orders are placed. When ordering online with credit card or Paypal, Hamper Gift Gallery does not see or have access to any credit card details or account numbers. For any phone orders or email orders, credit card or account details are destroyed once payment has been approved. These procedures are in adherence to the Privacy Act Laws.

Q:What happens if I supply the wrong address for the gift hamper?

A:If an incorrect address is provided and the gift hamper has already been dispatched, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If the gift hamper is returned back to our dispatch, then we can redeliver, but the redelivery fee will be charged to you. We will contact you if this is the case.

Q:What if the recipient is not at home upon the gift hampers delivery?

A:When ordering a gift hamper, you have the option of leaving specific delivery instructions, for example, whether you would like the gift hamper to be left at the front door or the back door. This is called an 'Authority to Leave' (ATL).  If the hamper is delivered by Australia Post, and the recipient is not at home, then a calling card will be left in the letterbox and the recipient will need to collect the parcel from the nearest Australia Post Office.

If the hamper is delivered via courier, then the parcel will be left at the front or back door if deemed safe to do so. Otherwise, a calling card will be left in the letterbox and the hamper will be returned to the dispatch centre. It is then up to the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time with the courier.

A:If you would like to know whether your hamper has been delivered, please call us or send us an email, we are always happy to assist.  We can also provide you with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order.
